Project Overview

TalentBlazer is a specialized platform that bridges the gap between educational institutes and teachers/trainers. Institutes can post requirements and discover qualified teachers, while teachers can showcase their expertise and approach institutes directly. The goal was to create a clean, reliable, and easy-to-use system that reduces hiring friction and speeds up outreach.

• Enable two-sided onboarding (institutes & teachers) with verified profiles
• Provide advanced search & filtering to discover the right match quickly
• Allow direct approach/connection via in-platform contact tools
