A fully dynamic website enabling users to view diagnostic tests, book them (including package bookings), access reports, and do home-sample collection—all built with robust backend functionality.

Project Overview

SCD Home Care is a diagnostic center servicing Gurgaon, New Gurgaon, and nearby sectors, offering users the ability to schedule diagnostic tests, choose from health packages, get home sample collection, view reports, and contact the center for support.

The client wanted a site that is user-friendly, secure, and dynamic, that handles packages, bookings, reports, multiple locations, and that integrates smooth workflows from test booking to report delivery.

Objectives

• Allow users to browse diagnostic tests and health packages easily
• Enable online booking of individual tests & packages, with optional home sample collection
• Facilitate users to view/download their test reports from the website
• Provide clear information about centers and services, contact info, timings etc.
• Build a backend/admin interface so the diagnostic center can manage tests, packages, bookings, reports, home samples, location-based services etc.
• Ensure the site is mobile-friendly, secure, and built for performance

Our Role

• UI/UX Design: Designed interfaces for tests listing, package comparison, booking flow, user dashboard for report access
• Backend Development: Setup booking system, report uploads, package management, sample pickup options, user registrations
• Database & Workflow: Models for tests, packages, bookings, reports; role-based access (staff/admin) to manage each module
• Notifications & Alerts: Email/SMS or in-app notifications to inform users about booking confirmations, sample pickup, report availability
• Roles & Permissions: Admin (diagnostic center staff) can add/edit tests and packages, approve reports, manage bookings; users have their secure accounts to view history & reports
• Performance & Reliability: Optimization of images, caching where needed, secure file management for reports, SSL etc.

• Tests Catalog: list of all diagnostic tests offered, filterable (by type, home-collection, etc.)
• Package Booking: predefined health packages (e.g. full body checkup, wellness packages) with pricing and inclusions
• Home Sample Collection: option for users to request test at home where applicable
• User Dashboard: login for users to see their bookings, status, past reports, download reports
• Report Management: admin uploads reports; users are notified when available
• Contact / Location Info: details of diagnostic centers in Gurgaon/New Gurgaon, contact numbers, franchise info etc.
• CMS / Admin Backend: to manage tests, packages, sample collection, report upload, bookings, and user data
